June 6th, 2008 – Demize Lose 1-0 Despite Several Chances on Offense The Demize failed to earn points for the 6th consecutive game Friday night. The game was moved to Drury University's Harrison Stadium and the Demize looked a little slow out of the box. The Demize fell behind 1-0 after a Kansas City corner kick in the 22nd minute. Levi Coleman, who has 3 goals against the Demize already this season, was able to find the back of the net with a header The Demize offense has not shown well this season, but had several chances on Friday night. "We need to finish. It is a simple as that," Head Coach Armen Toinanse said. Next Up: The Demize will be back at Cooper Stadium tomorrow night June 7th hosting the Thunder Bay Chill at 7:30 PM. June 7th will be UPS Store Pro Jersey Night with $1 off admission if your wearing your favorite pro club jersey. |
